Responsibilities:
In this role, you will implement, operate, administer, and secure the application and data services and solutions hosted in our data centres and the cloud. You’ll take a lead role in the response to complex escalated calls, following standard incident management and service request fulfilment lifecycles, and you will contribute to projects and large-scale business-as-usual activities, taking a senior role as directed.
You’ll have a degree, or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification appropriate to the specific role. As well as practical experience of managing the information services found in a typical corporate environment, including provider liaison and management, you will have knowledge of managing and securing Microsoft Standard Query Language (SQL) database services. You will have strong organisational and communication skills, will be customer focused with high individual standards, and will have a positive approach and be a supportive team player.
