Senior Technical Analyst, Special Operations
As we continue our transformation and growth journey across the region, we are now looking to appoint a Senior Technical Analyst to join the Special Operations Team, Asia Pacific. The role will ideally be based in Christchurch and incorporates extensive travel in New Zealand, Australia and the Asia Pac region.
Our Special Operations team are charged with delivering a range of warehouse convergence projects to our facilities across the region to standardise operations management systems and processes aligned to Lineage’s strategic objectives.
The Senior Technical Analyst is a key member of the Special Operations team and is responsible for gathering functional & operational requirements from the business, mapping those requirements to systems/technical designs that are fit for purpose for the IT Implementation team and will deliver the operational and performance outcomes required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced direct to consumer business unit supporting our on-site operations management teams and assisting them in identifying and implementing systems and process improvements.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for delivering enhanced warehouse, supply chain and logistics performance of our regional network through, process mapping & re-engineering and supporting technology implementation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed business analysis in collaboration with the Operations Management teams and stakeholders, including developing clear, detailed process maps, requirement specifications and ensuring alignment with existing systems and strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Operations and IT to facilitate sign-off and implementation of systems and enhancements.
  • Providing project management services for warehouse convergence and systems integration and enhancement projects.
  • Ensuring quality assurance by applying procedures and analysing and resolving issues or gaps between business requirements and implemented solutions documentation in partnership with Operations and IT.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and third-level support to the team and stakeholders to explain systems enhancements.
  • Reviewing and providing input to projects, services, implementation plans, and strategy as required.
  • Understanding, managing, and providing guidance in operations/systems process maps, data migration, change deployment and operational handovers.
