Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on data center operations and application management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data center operations and/or application analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including physical servers, virtual machines (VMs), and network connectivity.
  • Experience with application analysis techniques, including SWOT analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Data Centre Expertise:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments (VMs).
  • Assist with data center setup and configuration projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement in data center efficiency, security, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest data center technologies and best practices.
  • Application Analysis:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing applications and systems, leveraging SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Document application functionality, processes, and data flows.
  • Partner with developers to define and implement solution requirements.
  • Driving Solutions:
  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to improve data center operations and application performance.
  • Be a champion for change, leading and driving technical initiatives forward.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
