Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on data center operations and application management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on data center operations and/or application analysis.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including physical servers, virtual machines (VMs), and network connectivity.
- Experience with application analysis techniques, including SWOT analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Data Centre Expertise:
- Analyze and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments (VMs).
- Assist with data center setup and configuration projects.
- Identify areas for improvement in data center efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data center technologies and best practices.
- Application Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing applications and systems, leveraging SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Document application functionality, processes, and data flows.
- Partner with developers to define and implement solution requirements.
- Driving Solutions:
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation for stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactively identify and propose innovative solutions to improve data center operations and application performance.
- Be a champion for change, leading and driving technical initiatives forward.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
Qualifications
