Description:
ING Australia are on the search for a Senior Technical Business Analyst. The Technical Business Analyst will work within the Mortgage Tribe at ING to support the delivery of 1) products and services to drive customer growth and 2) automated systems and processes to enable scale.
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work on transformative technology projects and be responsible for ensuring business requirements are clearly interpreted into language that is easily understood by a technical audience. On a day-to-day basis the candidate will drive workshops with stakeholders in the business, risk, operations, data governance and internal and vendor technology teams to capture and document requirements. The candidate is expected to be capable of analysing large amounts of information from different sources and condensing it into clear and succinct technical artefacts. These artefacts include are but not limited to interface specifications and data models, and they will be used by the Product Owner and technology squads to build APIs, micro-services and other applications/systems.

Responsibilities:
- Drive workshops with stakeholders in the business, risk, operations, data governance and internal and vendor technology teams to capture and document requirements
- Define local system, interface and archiving requirements to enable business processes and validate with business stakeholders
- Work with business teams to build future state business processes
- Work with Customer Journey Experts and Product Owners to ensure requirements are ready for development teams
- Clearly define and document requirements that support business objectives
