Skill Sets Required:
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, or a related field of study and five (5) years of Software Engineering experience. Experience must involve five (5) years in the following: Aircraft Maintenance, Supply Chain, Repair and Overhaul ERP software and reports development, integration, and process automation; Aviation product functionality architecture and implementation methodologies and processes; Product installation and server maintenance; Product patching and release deployments; and SSRS to build custom reports during the implementation and post production support. Must have completed at least two (2) complete end-to-end Aviation ERP implementation experiences in managing business requirements, solutioning, data migration, user training, user acceptance, preparing go-live activities, and providing support. Up to 40% travel to various and unanticipated client locations nationwide.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ramco Systems Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (Princeton, NJ) to be responsible for requirement analysis and collecting the requirements from users and other stakeholders. Conduct presentations and technology orientations to explain the architecture to customer technical staff members. Understand and prepare process models of the business process of the customer. Identify the processes, the activities under each component and prepare UI flows and presentation to customers. Test understanding of the customer’s requirements, incorporating the customer feedback given and complete the requirement process. Provide technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement. Provide technical project, process support, and expertise to the client team. Drive the rapid adoption of new technologies, ideas and processes. Create deployment process plans, test and oversee deployments. Create user and training documentation and oversee training sessions. Provide near shore support for all the AMC customers in US geography. Contribute to business area assessment, and provide user needs analysis and business systems design. Part-time telecommuting permitted. Up to 40% travel to various and unanticipated client locations nationwide. Supervises one (1) subordinate employee holding the title of Technical Consultant.
