Description:

Synechron is looking to hire a Marketing & HR Communications Executive to work in a global financial organisaion, who is passionate about creating content and cutting edge technology. Working closely with the CIO, the role is responsible for driving culture and engagement agendas as well as supporting the wider transformation teams across the business.

Every day and project will be different as the scope of the role is large and will be involved in global multi-channel communications and strategy. You will be formulating and supporting marketing initiatives for internal and external stakeholders, exposing you to a wide and varied audience.

  • Shape and drive technology culture and engagement agenda using a multi-channel strategy
  • Take ownership of relevant communications channels such as Town Hall agendas, articles, leadership pieces, videos, advertising, editorial
  • Support the tracking and reporting of KPIs and associated success stories
  • Develop and execute communications plan for CIO
  • Assist the CIO and Leadership Team in creating high quality, clear and engaging content for key stakeholders
  • Create and leverage feedback channels to ensure a consistency and where appropriate make recommendations for change
  • Support the execution of technology culture and engagement agenda across the business
  • Extensive experience as technical communications professional with a passion for culture and people
  • Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing engaging communications strategies which successfully translate into high impact outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the confidence to work effectively with senior executives
  • Ability to manage multiple threads of work under pressure to deliver unexpected urgent pieces of work to tight turn around times
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Strong understanding of technology
  • A motivated and creative self-starter with solid stakeholder management skills who can work collaboratively at all levels across a variety of diverse networks
  • A project management approach to push and drive things through whilst getting the best out of people along the way to deliver the desired outcome

Immediate start available - Strong Market Rates - Hybrid role requiring some travel to London and other UK locations
