REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Non-technical experience
- Min 7 years of Multi-country/Regional (Asia) experience.
- Experienced in banking regulatory requirement, PDPA, KYC, etc.
Technical Experience
- Min 10 years of solution & engineering experience in retail banking, and e-channels
- Min 12 years of software/application engineer experience in J2EE platform.
- Min 5 years of mobile engineer experience. Native mobile development experience is preferred.
- Min 3 years of digital transformation experience.
- Experienced in architect and design for e-channel systems, master of the system design, infrastructure design, system performance design.
- Experienced in integration with different type of core banking systems, like MainFrame, Infosys system, VisionPlus system, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the IT delivery change program for CBG technology, providing oversight and coordination of the internet banking and mobile banking streams in Taiwan, China, India.
- Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborate to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution/application plan, and serve as a lead as required, to implement the installation, customization, and integration efforts.
- Lead engineer team to provide quality assurance for services within the solution engineering area.
- Engage stakeholders across functions and seniority to institutionalise the change program across CBG Technology.
- Work with Managers to define recruiting needs and expertise in solution area.
- Responsible for the change in delivery and deployment strategy for all applications to a total replacement for applications at the end of their technology or functionality lifecycle.
- Understand the system process flow of the primary business processes. Provide a clear picture of the functionality map and the applications footprint of various applications across the map.
- Mentor and guide more junior technical resources.
- Some short term travel might be required, for workshop, conference.
