Job Description:
BlackBerry is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to support the Technical Marketing team and wider Product Marketing Group. The objective for this role is to own and deliver the technical validation of our products & solutions while assisting the team to deliver insightful Technical Marketing Assets that strengthen our core solutions’ narrative and messaging, increasing visibility and pipeline for Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the technical competency center within the team to help develop and run efficacy and performance tests - including with 3rd parties.
  • Manage the lab environment and demo systems to replicate real world scenarios, primarily for Endpoint Protection.
  • You will also be exposed to our other technologies, including MDR, UEM and Secure Communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party testing labs
  • Help maintain and update Competitive Intelligence
  • Work with our market-leading threat research team on understating the latest threat intelligence
  • Implementing threat intelligence, along with market signals into our overall narrative to provide timely and specific feedback on implementing our solutions for customers and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining technical marketing communication on all our outbound communications including web copy, solutions briefs, demos, videos, blogs and sales material.
  • Help train and update sales and technical sales on the latest technical marketing messaging.
  • Represent BlackBerry at public events, trade shows, webinars and on customer calls in a professionally technically astute manner.
