We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team building our next generation applications and processes expanding our IoT fleet. You will be joining a global product, engineering and design team working on our industry leading SaaS platform.
We offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from our London location or remotely from anywhere in US or Ontario, Canada. This is a 1 year contract position and the team works typical Eastern time zone hours.

  • Development or PM experience working within Agile, using end to end testing methodologies.
  • Experience developing or acting as PM on data driven processes.
  • Experience delivering either mobile apps, web based SaaS services in a fast paced development environment.
  • Thrive at developing elegant designs from a complex, fast-changing problem space.
  • You are equally confident working with both end-customers and developers on challenging technical problems.
  • Skilled at mapping out process, and data flow diagrams.
  • Ability to manage risk, problems, and paradoxes that naturally occur in product development across
  • You have great written and oral communication skills, and can tailor your communication to both a technical and business audience.
  • Technically proficient in tools of the trade for data analysis and building wireframes - Amplitude, PowerBI, Miro, Jira
  • Experience in relevant industries and customer segments is a plus - OEM, Rental, or Contractors.
Don’t meet every single requirement? No worries - this is what we’re looking for ideally, but if you’re super excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • A Problem Solver: Apply your problem solving skills to develop and continuously improve features to our installation tooling applications to solve real-life customer problems.
  • A Product Owner: Product Ownership - helping to define and build our product roadmap by working closely with the Product Team, Designers, and Engineers who are eager to solve problems together.
  • A Feedback Gatherer: Present and get feedback on our designs from end customers, internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • A Data-Driven Product Owner: Forecast, drive and measure business impact and performance metrics for your products and features.
  • A Collaborator: Supporting engineers on a daily basis and providing the customer voice within our Scrum processes.
  • A Product Enablement Specialist: Creating internal and customer facing content showcasing and supporting our features.
