As a Senior Technical Product Manager on the Enterprise Platforms team, you will be contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the FinTech space by building out future-state, and enterprise-wide AI Platform. Your primary focuses will be helping drive the AI strategy by translating business needs and building platform capabilities that can be offered to business teams. As a champion of developers and customers, you will drive measurable impact by enabling a thriving ecosystem of tools and services for the clients of Broadridge. Additionally, you will work with business stakeholders to understand opportunities to enable GenAI/AI/ML to unlock business value.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with multi-functional stakeholders to understand the needs of our businesses and clients to shape and guide our AI Strategy / OKRs.
  • Oversee development of AI products from 0 to 1 that understand internal and external customer and market needs that enable AI across the business.
  • Partner with Technical teams to identify core AI capabilities, and evangelize them across the business
  • Define and continuously monitor, measure, and report on key business and customer metrics.
  • Prioritize feature requests, define requirements, and execute cross-functionally while leveraging user feedback and metrics.
  • Advocating for Product Management best practices and staying aware of the latest trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technical areas
  • 5-8 years of Product Management, taking ideas from conception to execution, driving product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Strong understanding of Systems Architecture, Data Architecture, and GenAI/AI/ML.
  • Experience working with LLMs and developing products utilizing these technologies.
  • Experience building platforms that scale for millions of users
  • Experience working with ML Models, and building out data pipelines and shaping data strategy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into product requirements.
  • Effective communication skills with experience presenting complex topics concisely to a wide range of audiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $150,000-$175,000 annually depending on experience
  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
