An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a team, within a fast-growing Artificial Intelligence company for a Senior Technical Project Manager reporting to our Chief Technical Officer. This role offers a challenging opportunity for an experienced project manager to lead impactful projects in the Management of Aria and Riptide integration domains. Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment conducive to high productivity and innovation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively to senior management..
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Proactively address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project schedule and quality.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Optimize resource utilization and project efficiency to achieve financial targets.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team.
