Description:

  • Familiar with ironmongeries, sealant or aluminium doors and windows systems
  • Able to learn, understand, and collect in depth knowledge about the Brands/Products that are under the purview of the company, especially sealant, aluminum windows & doors hardware and systems.
  • Regularly visit customers and follow up on their projects on hand. Submit weekly report and discuss with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Influence stakeholders’ decisions to win the job by proposing win-win solutions.
  • Provide customer service and project management service to existing customers.
  • Conduct sales presentation and product demonstration to owners, consultants, architects, and customers.
  • Understand customers’ enquiries and follow through to close sales effectively. Prepare proposal / quotation to consultants and customers with the technical team’s support.
  • Understand project timeline and liaise extensively with the Purchasing department to provide product lead time to the customers.
  • Actively seek to expand the customer base by selecting the right targets of the Company.
  • Collect information and feedback on market trends and competitors to management for the betterment of the company.
  • Liaise with the supplier or HQ technical teams to source for the most suitable proposal to address customers’ concerns and needs
  • Ensure all marketing collateral are up to date and specified by Management.
  • Achieve KPI set by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Computer literate and familiar with basic computer programs ie) Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Able to converse in English confidently.
  • Resourceful and able to think out of the box
  • Good to know autocad
  • Good interpersonal skills to influence customers’ decisions in tactful ways
  • Good negotiation skills on budget and time frame is important
  • Willing to learn and study new products
  • Good to have prior experience in facade industry
