Description:

The Company
Leading global provider of high-quality cement and specialized waterproofing materials. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join the team and cover the East Coast of Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with architects, developers, engineers, and construction professionals.
  • Promoting and selling the specialised admixtures and surface treatment products for concrete.
  • Conducting product presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase the advantages of the products.
  • Collaborating with clients for project management, ensuring successful product integration and cross selling products when needed.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Traveling quarterly to Victoria and Queensland to build strong relationships and oversee projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel, including quarterly trips to Victoria and Queensland.
