Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Technical Superintendent to join the client’s team in Dubai.

• Lead and manage a team of technical superintendents to ensure efficient and safe operations of the offshore vessels
• Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities
• Monitor vessel performance and implement measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including ship owners, charterers, and vendors
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team and ship personnel
• Review and improve maintenance procedures and processes
• Monitor and control budget and expenditure related to vessel maintenance and repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in offshore vessel technical management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours
• Sailing experience in offshore vessels and COC Class 1 is advantageous
