QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar technical degree
  • Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving mind set
  • Knowledge or understanding of mapping or location technology will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to participate in fieldwork, including customer car test drives.
  • At least 5 years in technical customer support or pre/post-sales, technical consulting, preferably in automotive or mapping software industry
  • Able to comprehend complex mapping systems, and using Python is a plus
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation tools
  • Strong communication skill, fluent in both Korean and English (written & spoken) to support local and international market

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary link between internal management and engineering teams and third-party map suppliers’ engineering teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • Collect and analyse requirements from local customers in South Korea, translating these needs into detailed project specifications \ change requests.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer support skills, addressing queries and concerns promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Possess a strong technical background to comprehend customer requirements fully and facilitate accurate communication to internal engineering teams.
  • Organize and manage project tasks efficiently using tools such as Jira and Confluence, maintaining up-to-date tickets and generating periodic reports on project progress.
  • Participate in customer car test drives, collect logs, and collaborate with internal engineering teams to share insights and data
