Responsibilities:

As one of our Technical Writers, you’ll play an important role in how our customers, partners, and colleagues understand and use ChannelEngine’s many components. Collaboration is key as you’ll work closely with the Support, Product, and Tech Teams to gain a deep understanding of the platform and its documentation requirements ️ You’ll translate complex, technical information into clear, concise content that will be used for help articles, marketplace guides, and micro-copy for the ChannelEngine interface. You’ll also be able to flex your creativity and storytelling skills while crafting learning content and tutorials for our academy.
Alongside high-quality documentation that’s tailored to the needs and level of understanding of the relevant internal and external audiences, you’ll be tasked with creating visuals such as infographics and diagrams to compliment your writing Expanding our knowledge base and helping to maintain our information architecture will be another key focus area as we aim to continuously improve the way we do things. You’ll also be providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
