PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science and one of English, journalism or communications.
• 10+ years experience in creating documentation for multi-disciplinary audience with focus on software solutions.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Conduct a thorough review of all existing documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, white-papers, marketing materials and other product documentation.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a centralized repository of all documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to understand Everseen’s go-forward strategy.
• Align documentation efforts with company goals and strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all materials consistently reflect Everseen’s vision, mission, and value proposition.
• Create new documentation as needed, including technical guides, integration manuals, case studies, and more.
• Enhance existing materials to improve clarity, accuracy, and user engagement.
• Develop a comprehensive style guide to ensure uniformity across all documentation.
• Design content for customers, partners and media.
