As a Senior Technician, Calibration, you will be in-charge of supporting and driving all calibration activities are carried out in a timely manner and project. Working closely with maintenance, production department and other internal stakeholders to ensure any related issues to calibration are resolved in a timely manner.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Plan and prepare calibration schedules.
  • Coordinate all calibration activities with other functions and calibration vendors.
  • Provide support for calibration related queries from other functions including urgent requests.
  • Ensure calibration activities, calibration log sheets and in-house calibrations are completed timely.
  • Ensure calibration documents are received timely and update into the calibration system.
  • Request for quotations, raise purchase requisitions (including manufacturing functions) and
  • perform goods receiving upon completed calibration activities.
  • Archive all calibration documents systematically.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality management system.
  • No overdue calibration activities
  • No manufacturing equipment downtime due to calibration activities.
  • Maintaining operation of reference equipment and materials.

Responsibilities:
