The position
Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented technician with a passion for precision and quality? Do you want to be part of a company that is growing in the biotech industry? If so, we are looking for you to join our skilled Filling Team.
You will be part of a small but crucial team of five dedicated technicians. Our filling team plays a vital role in the final steps of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. We pride ourselves on our close-knit, supportive environment where teamwork and collaboration are key to our success.
The team is part of the Microbial Manufacturing Department, and the main task is bulk filling operations in class A as well as freezing and storage of filled API.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing and operating filling.
  • Monitoring the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Review of MPR, logbooks and FMS.
  • Collaborating with the team to optimize production process.
  • Working with various stakeholders such as QA, QC and Scientists.

Knowledge and competences

The ideal candidate has the following experience and competencies:

  • GMP experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with bulk filling operations is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • LEAN-oriented and structured.
  • Open for last minute change and contributes positively to the challenges.
  • Excellent collaboration- and communication skills.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English.

However, as we are the final step in the production process, flexibility is essential. You must be prepared to work evenings and weekends as needed to ensure timely production.
