SENIOR TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC

Salary: £31,500 with bonus £46,000+
Location: Basildon
A prominent player in the automotive industry is currently in the process of seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of a Senior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for our Ford dealership located in Basildon. As a valued member of our team, you will report directly to the Aftersales Manager, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess a relevant formal qualification, such as City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3, as a minimum requirement. We are actively seeking individuals who exhibit the following attributes and skills:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in the inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
• Possess a MOT Tester qualification (highly advantageous)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred, though not mandatory

As a Senior Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic , you will play a crucial role in providing technical and diagnostic services to ensure customer satisfaction while surpassing productivity targets. Your responsibilities will include:
