Description:
Responsibilities
- General repair and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Air-conditioning, Ventilation system and Fire protection system.
- Perform preventive maintenance work and installation of M&E equipment and appliances
- Conducts regular testing of emergency stand-by generator.
- Inspects all common areas and reports/replace burnt out light bulbs.
- Attend to guests’ and tenants complaints
- Any other tasks/duties as assigned by the Management.
