Perfil
- Application support experience;
- Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase;
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools;
- Familiarity with GENEOS or other monitoring tools;
- Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Responsibilities: Provide functional support for collateral applications;
- Execute requests from business, development, and other support teams;
- Prioritize, track, and resolve incidents/requests using ServiceNow application;
- Analyze change requirements, test changes, and coordinate releases;
- Maintain the team’s knowledge base;
- Monitor batch processing and troubleshoot issues;
- Perform site handover/follow the sun procedures;
- Conduct user training and setup alerting based incidents.
