Perfil

  • Application support experience;
  • Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase;
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools;
  • Familiarity with GENEOS or other monitoring tools;
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. Responsibilities: Provide functional support for collateral applications;
  • Execute requests from business, development, and other support teams;
  • Prioritize, track, and resolve incidents/requests using ServiceNow application;
  • Analyze change requirements, test changes, and coordinate releases;
  • Maintain the team’s knowledge base;
  • Monitor batch processing and troubleshoot issues;
  • Perform site handover/follow the sun procedures;
  • Conduct user training and setup alerting based incidents.
