Because we are looking for a (Senior) Laboratory Technician or a Research Associate (m/f/d) to help with the Research and Development of new vaccines and vaccine platforms to shape Bavarian Nordic´s future vaccine products.

• Expressing and purifying proteins from bacterial and mammalian expression systems using FPLC
• Help develop new vaccines by performing virological, molecular biological, and immunological in vitro assays, e.g. virus titration assays, characterization of recombinant vaccine candidates, Western blots, ELISA, flow cytometry
• Planning and organizing experiments incl. accurate documentation and preparing data for reports and presentations
• Engage with scientists, technicians, trainees (university students), and adjacent department
