  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to be able to influence or manage difficult stakeholders both internal and external – partners, service providers and customers.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Work in a Global delivery environment
  • Ability to work independently both in supervisory as well as individual contributor capacity, within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions
  • Experience with at least one of the following is preferred : Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Wicked Problem Solving
  • Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
  • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies (learnability, having a pulse on industry trends), scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.

Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Technology Architect for Digital Workplace with a primary focus on Microsoft and Google technologies, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and developing cutting-edge services, solutions, frameworks, IPs, and methodologies. Your role involves leading, evangelizing, and presenting these offerings to customers, providing technology consulting, and steering competency development. The objective is to enhance service offerings, drive technology differentiation, and elevate business outcomes within the digital workplace domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consulting and Design: Providing expert consultation to clients, designing scalable and innovative solutions tailored to meet their specific requirements within the digital workplace.
  • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Formulating strategic plans and roadmaps to steer the direction of technology solutions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and consistently delivering value.
  • Problem Solving and Solution Evaluation: Addressing complex challenges by evaluating various solutions and recommending the most suitable options.
  • Prospecting and Solution Proposal: Identifying potential opportunities, crafting proposals, and responding to solution inquiries aligned with the digital workplace domain.
  • Knowledge Management: Developing and nurturing a repository of best practices, frameworks, and intellectual properties to drive efficiency and excellence within the team.
  • Alliance Management: Collaborating with Microsoft, Google, and other strategic alliances to maximize synergies and stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends.
