REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Leadership Experience:
• Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Project Management:
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and technology management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in a buy-side firm, is highly desirable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable and reliable technology solutions, with a strong emphasis on C# and AWS.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes, leveraging new technologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and executives, to understand requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure all technology solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
