Senior Test Analyst (Contract) LW

Analyze and assimilate project documentation to thoroughly understand the business and technical requirements of systems to be tested, including business requirements, functional specifications, process/data flow diagrams, and use cases.
Collaborate with business analysts, system analysts, and developers to produce test plans.
Design and develop appropriate test scenarios and test cases to implement the test plans.
Ensure that test cases are executed following test plans for clear and accurate reporting of test results and progress.
Establish and maintain requirements verification documentation to specifically report on test coverage.
Automate test cases for regression testing.
Actively collaborate with team members to continuously improve existing test methods and processes.
Provide feedback and inputs to management regarding issues that may affect the test strategies employed by the test department.
Review test cases and test reports created by other team members.
Demonstrated experience in the complete testing lifecycle, from test design to final delivery, for enterprise-scale software systems.
Proficient with UML modeling tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect and or Aris
Skilled in using scripting languages, such as Groovy.
Experienced with test management software, such as Test Link.
Proficient in using test automation tools.
Experienced with bug life-cycle management software.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Information technology. (Diploma or Degree)
An ISEB or ISTQB qualification or recognized equivalent.
7 years of tester experience.
4 years of test analyst experience.
7 years’ experience within SDLC, test lifecycle experience from test design to test execution and reporting.
Between 7 - 10 Year
