Description:

Great Southern Bank is seeking a new Senior Test Analyst to join the organisation for a 12-month max term contract. In this role you will provide expertise and execute the implementation of testing strategies including critical activities such as planning, stakeholder management, reporting, test automation, resource management and risk/ issue management. This position is located in our Brisbane CBD Head Office with the flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborate with critical stakeholders for internal and external projects
  • Provide accurate test estimates and manage the defect management process and tools, ensuring the quality of items raised and adherence to the defined defect lifecycle
  • Participate in the testing forums for new suggestions and should be skilled with planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
  • Collaborate, identify, design and develop associated test cases
  • Record test results and raise defect records and re-test fixes
  • Manage test case traceability and documentation
  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
  • Work with the team to design and deliver quality automated and manual testing to meet delivery milestones
  • Actively contribute to the analysis of business specifications, solutions, estimations, and implementation decisions and contribute to acceptance criteria
