Play a key role within our Digital Web Squad team in your Senior Test Analyst .

Working collaboratively with Product owners, Dev Ops, Business Analyst, journey experts, UX designers, front-end and backend developers and other testers in your squad.

• Manage the end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across our customer acquisition and in-life products
• Support the Product Owner and Journey Lead in gathering and documenting requirements and the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deliver high quality user stories and document process mapping, user docs and user requirements
• Work closely with product and development teams to prepare on the testing plans, estimation, identify test requirements and test scenarios
• Understand, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and requirements in order to develop comprehensive test plans
• Execute manual and automated tests according to the effecting plans put in place, documenting bugs or errors in great detail
• Independently evaluate your work according to business requirements
• Work collaboratively within your delivery team and the wider business to implement new features and enhancements
