Working collaboratively with Product owners, Dev Ops, Business Analyst, journey experts, UX designers, front-end and backend developers and other testers in your squad.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end testing of new products and enhancements across our customer acquisition and in-life products
- Support the Product Owner and Journey Lead in gathering and documenting requirements and the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Deliver high quality user stories and document process mapping, user docs and user requirements
- Work closely with product and development teams to prepare on the testing plans, estimation, identify test requirements and test scenarios
- Understand, analyse and validate business processes, systems, and requirements in order to develop comprehensive test plans
- Execute manual and automated tests according to the effecting plans put in place, documenting bugs or errors in great detail
- Independently evaluate your work according to business requirements
- Work collaboratively within your delivery team and the wider business to implement new features and enhancements
