    Opportunity for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to work on a highly visible multi-year program uplifting banks collaboration initiatives. You will be responsible for testing within a cross-functional team for the We Collaborate program which focuses on work to roll out Office 365 and then Microsoft 365 including Teams, Planner, OneDrive and SharePoint. Program will be modernising the platforms and applications that we use daily to provide a cohesive, more integrated user experience which will support our online and mobile environment under one strategic platform. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
    Your background
    Senior Test analyst with hands-on experience in MS Application testing, Mobile Application, end to end understanding of various test phases and applying QA process in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, understand the existing application and start contributing positively to the project.

To be successful in this critical role you will possess:

  • Advanced knowledge and experience across all phases of testing in an Agile environment and previous working experience as a Senior Test Analyst in a large-scale IT project.
  • Support coordination and planning of testing activities aimed at minimising risk while achieving high levels of quality, in the most pragmatic manner.
  • Plan and execute testing related deliverables (test plan, test cases) across various test levels that include both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Develop and maintain testing artefacts including test cases, test scenarios, test reporting, progress reporting, as appropriate.
  • Degree qualifications relevant to the IT industry as well as testing accreditation in Agile (Scrum) methodology are highly desirable.
  • Experience in coordinating Business acceptance testing and Operation acceptance testing with various level of Business stakeholders and SME’s
  • Hands on experience in Jira/ Qmetry application for recording test cases, test execution and defect management.
  • Experience in preparing test cases from user stories for systems testing and regression testing.
  • Assist the team by contributing to test planning, work items and acceptance criteria.
  • Experienced on Test strategies and Test Estimations with high level requirements.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills and proven ability to be analytical and work creatively to solve problems along with strong communication, documentation and report writing skills
