SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Senior Test Manager with experience of testing in a highly pressured environment.
• Experience of managing and developing teams from scratch.
• Experience developing test processes from scratch.
• Experience developing documentation such as Strategy, Plan, End of Test reports.
• Experience of tools such as Azure, Jira or ALM.
• Must be comfortable managing diverse supplier styles and solving problems proactively.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE WITH AT LEAST 3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE.

Our client is delivering a Cyber Security project at Heathrow airport with at least 5 workstreams which will be delivered by different suppliers.
They need an experienced Test Manager who has developed test processes and teams from the ground up, to provide end-to-end test management!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a suite of projects in a highly pressured environment.
• Developing test processes from scratch.
• Developing teams.
• Assuring suppliers.
• End to end test management.
• Reporting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
