S kills & Experience

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple industries
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Test Management/Test Consultant experience covering all areas of SDLC/STLC
  • Experience in the retail industry sector is highly desirable along with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Experience with the planning, design and execution of workshops including the delivery of presentations
  • Experience reviewing, estimating, planning & designing test strategies at project and organisational level in collaboration with key stakeholders including account managers and other people leads
  • The ideal candidate will also provide product quality guidance across functional and technical aspects of the solution, running risk workshops when necessary, raising deficits and reporting trends to key stakeholders.
  • A track record of growing industry capabilities through presentations, attendance of group meetups and publicationsA desire to plan & deliver SAFe & Scrum methodologies, both to internal and external market segments ensuring these practices are grasped and implemented in daily activitie

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Test Manager, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple domains. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise on all software delivery methodologies and test processes, you will use your testing capability to deliver large scale projects on schedule and to the highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create innovative, efficient and effective approaches to testing integrating a large number of delivery systems, services & applications
  • Technical & operational management of test delivery programme of work alongside cost, schedule and risk management
  • Review, estimate, and identify test conditions/ objectives recommending best practise improvements as needed
  • Work with test leads in the efficient creation of relevant test plans and high level documentation aimed at minimizing incidents and ensure continuous momentum
  • Mentor internal and external peers across cross functional teams promote a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Identify and apply tools to assist with the acceleration of quality, and create comprehensive test assets relevant to test conditions
  • Experience delivering ETL programmes of work along with traditional, iterative, or Agile development practices is highly desirableExcellent leadership skills and experience communicating to diverse audiences from test managers up to executive level sponsors.
