Senior Tester

As a Senior Test Analyst, you are expected to handle multiple functional modules in a project, understand business requirements, identify the requirement gaps (if any), capture the gaps and work with Business Analyst to get clarified and track them to closure. Ensure test cases and test suites are updated in line with changes in requirements, follow project defined process STLC. Adhere to timelines of the project.

• Design Test Scenarios / Cases.
• Differentiate Test Cases across, High, Medium and Low complexities for future use.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and expected to deliver the same with minimal supervision.
• Manage functional testing on moderate to complex projects. Ensure all the project agreed deliverable are completed to the required level of quality and promotes team engagement and motivation.
• Provides input on the test plan and estimates.
• Review business requirements and systems designs for testability.
• Participate with business analysts in acceptance testing with business representatives.
• Working with the developers for defect correction and participate in defects review meetings with developers and business users.
• Communicate risks, defects and coverage reports to development teams.
