Senior Training Specialist (Training Partner)
Are you an experienced Senior Training Specialist (Training Partner) with a passion for quality and a knack for shaping the future of employee training? Join our Manufacturing Training Readiness & Support Department to play a pivotal role in enhancing training standards and driving impactful results. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, bridging business strategy with training solutions to achieve excellence.
As our new Senior Training Specialist, you will support our Manufacturing teams by establishing efficient and compliant training frameworks.

What will you do?
Collaborating closely with managers, team leads and other key stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in managing, developing, and optimizing training standards for our expanding manufacturing teams at AGC Copenhagen. With the ongoing growth of our workforce and the upcoming completion of our new facility in 2024, your role as Senior Training Specialist becomes pivotal in ensuring that our training systems, standards, and methodologies align seamlessly with our evolving needs.

Your ability to build trust and relationships with leaders and employees, along with your strong change management and interpersonal skills, will be invaluable. You are adept at navigating between strategic and operational levels, effectively adapting to stakeholder needs. Additionally, you possess comprehensive knowledge of training principles.
You tackle tasks with energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude, infusing fun and humor into the work environment. Your work is distinguished by meticulous attention to detail, high quality, innovation, and punctuality.

As the Training Partner you will;

  • Acting as the cornerstone for streamlining, simplifying, and enhancing our training setup to ensure seamless onboarding during rapid growth.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of training needs to optimize manufacturing initiatives, refining the competency framework model, and streamlining training duration for more efficient skill development. Identify areas for improvement, tailor training programs accordingly, and enhance overall competency within the organization.
  • Advising stakeholders on selecting appropriate training methods and activities.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to boost learning performance through effective training content creation and the incorporation of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and continuously improving training systems.
  • Training responsible for regulatory inspections, audits, and investigations.
  • Develop & Facilitate newcomer onboarding, Train the Trainer, and Technical Training programs.
  • In collaboration with SMEs; write and update technical training material.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • Academic degree and extensive training experience, preferably in GMP-regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing impactful training solutions.
  • Experienced in planning and executing training projects with a focus on problem-solving, identifying opportunities, and driving change.
  • Confident and seasoned trainer with expertise in facilitation.
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Power BI Pro, with LEAN and continuous improvement knowledge being advantageous.
  • Independent yet team-oriented with a service-minded approach, tackling tasks with enthusiasm and positivity.
  • Flourishes in dynamic, fast-paced environments, maintaining positivity and professionalism.
  • Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with Danish proficiency considered a bonus.

Not a pre-requisite, but definitely a bonus if you…

  • Experience with coaching is an advantage and/or behavioral design/nudging is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital learning technologies is an advantage. You are familiar with Training within Industries (TWI)
  • Knowledge or experience within LEAN and continuous improvement is an advantage,
