Responsibilities:
- Proven background in strategy & consulting within the creative content production industry.
- Experience working with renowned global brands to enhance their marketing and content strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, content strategy, and the ability to drive transformational changes in complex environments.
- Prior experience working closely with SMEs, operations teams, and leading client transformation work streams is an added advantage.
Key Candidate Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various consultancy tools and frameworks, for everything from requirements gathering to change management.
- In-depth knowledge of craft, insight, and technology as it relates to creative content production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering client-centric solutions.
