Responsibilities:

  • Proven background in strategy & consulting within the creative content production industry.
  • Experience working with renowned global brands to enhance their marketing and content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, content strategy, and the ability to drive transformational changes in complex environments.
  • Prior experience working closely with SMEs, operations teams, and leading client transformation work streams is an added advantage.

Key Candidate Responsibilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various consultancy tools and frameworks, for everything from requirements gathering to change management.
  • In-depth knowledge of craft, insight, and technology as it relates to creative content production.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering client-centric solutions.
