We at RWE Corporate Transformation, are seeking a dedicated and experienced Expert in Digital & AI Transformation to join our dynamic AI & Digital Transformation Knowledge Area. This position is based in Essen, with the option for mobile work, providing a flexible working environment tailored to your needs.
As a key member of our Corporate Transformation Team, specifically within the Knowledge Area of AI & Digital Transformation, you will lead and manage projects focused on digital transformation and artificial intelligence. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for digital transformation and AI integration, collaborating closely with various business areas of RWE AG and our IT partners.
- Lead and manage high-impact projects in digital transformation and artificial intelligence within the Corporate Transformation Team
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for digital transformation and AI integration across various business areas of RWE AG and across the group
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless implementation of digital and AI technologies
- Conduct enablement sessions and workshops on digital transformation and AI for various teams within RWE AG
- Support the creation and deployment of (Gen)AI applications with proof of concepts
- Understand customer needs and ideate and co-create appropriate technical solutions using platforms like Power Platform
- Beneficial: Execute Power Platform services implementation, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Co-Pilot
YOUR POWERFUL SKILLS
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools with a high affinity for digital technologies
- Proven experience working with AI technologies and platforms
- Independent and outcome-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
