Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, and car hire for all CBRE employees.
  • Closely collaborate with events teams, Executive Assistants, Team Assistants and leaders across the organisation regarding travel for themselves and/or their teams
  • Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are educated and adhere to CBRE travel policies and protocols
  • Support the travel component of CBRE events including team off sites and training days.
