EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in user acceptance testing and quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test case management tools, defect tracking systems, and automated testing tools (added advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  Required Skills

• Plan, design, and execute user acceptance testing strategies and test cases for software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, ensuring test coverage aligns with business objectives.
• Identify, document, and track Production software defects and issues, providing detailed reports to development teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain UAT test scripts and scenarios, ensuring they accurately reflect end-user workflows and business processes.
• Coordinate SIT with SIT team, Review SIT cases and UAT Test Case Review.
• Coordinate regression testing to validate software enhancements and changes, ensuring no adverse impacts on existing functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to prioritize testing activities and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support to end-users during UAT phases, facilitating smooth adoption of new software features and functionalities.
