Job Description

• Set up design strategy to align with business objectives and user needs.
• Execute design projects while adhering to Dubai government standards and regulations.
• Utilize web analytics tools to analyze user behavior patterns, including page views, time spent on site, and conversion rates.
• Determine average usage frequency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define user groups and personas to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Develop as-is and to-be user journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for optimization.
• Benchmark features and flows against industry standards and competitors.
• Identify basic gaps in existing designs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create user flows that guide users through the product seamlessly.
• Monitor customer complaints and suggestions to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Useberry, Miro, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of Dubai government standards and regulations.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Proven ability to create user groups, personas, user journeys, and user flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
• 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
