Senior UI/UX Designer

• Lead the initiative in comprehensively understanding our users through research and testing.
• Develop detailed personas, journey maps, and scenarios.
• Conceptualize wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
• Design clean, intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with our product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of your designs.
• Present your concepts and finalized designs to the team and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of design best practices and emerging trends in web and mobile app design.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a Diploma in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Demonstrate at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile and web platforms.
• Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your design skills and innovative thinking.
• Proficient in tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
• Have experience in user research and usability testing.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey your ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered advantageous.
