Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts to improve engagement and service levels.
- Underwrite insurance risks across the A&H product, adhering to underwriting guidelines and standards.
- Manage referrals, renewal management and the processing of endorsements and amendments as requested.
- Ensure that tasks are managed in accordance with service level agreements.
- Work effectively within the underwriting team to convert quality business and achieve profitable growth.
- Underwrite new business and renewals through successful portfolio management.
- Work collaboratively and intuitively to achieve business goals and desired service outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
