Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the Property Corporate team, you will:
- Actively manage your portfolio and relationships with brokers and colleagues to achieve portfolio retention, growth and profitability targets.
- Represent QBE to our customers and broking partners in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate and share a detailed understanding of the market and trends.
- Lead and model QBE values around teamwork, customer focus, listening with empathy, sharing your expertise.
- Contribute to the development, mentoring and managing of Underwriters, Trainees and Assistant Underwriters
