ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a team player, who enjoys collaborating and supporting their colleagues but enjoys autonomy and being empowered to make your own decisions. You will:
- Have experience in financial lines and professional indemnity.
- Be an effective business partner, experienced in engaging with senior members of Insurance Brokers & with customer presentations.
- Demonstrate complex analytical and research skills with ability to use risk profiling, pricing tools & loss models.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team that is supportive, self-managing and is trusted to work autonomously. You will have the opportunity to coach and develop other members within the direct team as well as receive any coaching from mentors in the broader business.
- Part of the Financial Lines team in a varied and versatile role across Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability.
- Contributing to the overall strategy, planning an execution of policies, product plan and outcomes of complex portfolio balance
- Coach team members in order to achieve or exceed service standards and operational targets in the region.
- Underwrite complex risk business in accordance with the business plan, guidelines within individual earned or delegated underwriting authority
- Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
