Responsibilities:

ABOUT YOU & SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with a focus on EdTech
  • Proven track record of conducting and applying user research to influence product decisions and design solutions.
  • Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and the ability to select the right method based on research questions and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to link quantitative and qualitative research methods into holistic insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex research findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences .
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of user research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, etc.) and basic understanding of data analysis software or methods.
  • Basic knowledge of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • Passion for user-centered design and a strong advocate for user research within the organization.
  • Experience mentoring junior researchers or team members, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
