KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 4+ years trust or financial services experience related to securities, reconciliation and accounting preferred
  • Knowledge of retail operations preferred
  • Informal leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist front line supervisor in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities
  • Responsible for the coordination of reconciliation clearance process, problem resolution, project participation, productivity tracking, and providing procedure and process modification suggestions that will lead to process efficiencies and cost reduction
  • Assist front line managers in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities to provide assistance or head project related tasks as assigned
  • Train and develop associates in areas of efficiency and process improvement
  • Provide processing backups during periods of high volume and staff absences for various functions within the Income area
  • Complete tasks independently using a wide variety of systems and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
