Senior UX Designer (Fully Remote - US)

Rise Vision is currently searching for a Senior UX Designer to join our Creative Team on a permanent full-time basis.
This position will report to the Head, UX.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You will have at least 6 years of experience in UX or Web Design roles, and be comfortable providing coaching and mentorship to other team members.
• Must have experience in Information Architecture
• A degree in UX Design, interaction, web, or graphic design.
• You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including conducting user research, creating personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.
• You bring a strong portfolio showcasing your past UX design projects and highlighting your problem-solving approach, design thinking, and leadership skills.
• You’re an effective and clear communicator when collaborating with internal stakeholders, presenting design concepts, and advocating for the user’s perspective.
• You’re always identifying and solving complex design challenges, and using data and insights to inform their decisions
• You’re skilled in using prototyping and wireframing tools to create interactive mockups and test design concepts with users.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS with basic understanding of javascript.

• Design intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual assets for new enterprise/web-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
• Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Research and track advancements in enterprise application design patterns.
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the responsive enterprise application designs.
• Clearly communicate with, and provide regular updates, to stakeholders, ensuring expectations around delivery timelines are carefully managed.
• Influence product direction through innovative design-thinking and design treatment, aligning to the brand and business requirement.
• Provide exceptional client service.
