• Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking (even if the projects weren’t specifically data-focused).
• Strong understanding of user experience research methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to think logically and creatively about complex data-driven products.
• Familiarity with visualisation & prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

JOB PURPOSE

• We are seeking a strategic UX Designer to join our team dedicated to shaping intelligent and automated solutions that enhance our bank’s internal and external products. This role demands a logical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data-driven concepts into intuitive user experiences. While strong UI design is not the primary focus, you must be able to visualize and share ideas effectively with the team.

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to design intuitive workflows for data-driven products.
• Conduct user research and analysis to deeply understand internal and external user needs within the banking context.
• Create sketches, wireframes, and basic prototypes to communicate design solutions and facilitate team discussions.
• Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring ease of use and meaningful interactions with AI-powered features.
• Participate in product strategy discussions, offering UX insights to enhance solution feasibility and effectiveness.
