Description:

As a UX Researcher in Business Messaging, you’ll have the opportunity to work across the company’s messaging apps and products such as click-to-message ads and paid messaging. We are focused on growing demand, supply, and performance to further the global business messaging ecosystem and deliver real value to businesses and users, and research is paramount to our success. The ideal candidate will have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. They should be skilled in conducting research to inform product strategy and design decisions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

SKILLS:

Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviewing, usability testing, survey design, and data analysis
Quantitative Research experience is a must have skill
Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights and recommendations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in UX research
Location: Remote
Pay: $75-85/hr
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful product experiences
Collaboratively develop and execute research roadmaps
Lead various research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle
Contribute to product strategy
Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team
