Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/x)

What you are responsible for?
Use your design skills to create intuitive, visually engaging solutions, and aligned to user needs, business and market strategy, and technical considerations.
Work closely with client teams and users to co-create impactful design solutions.
Supporting insight gathering activities such as user testing, interviews, and secondary research.
You’re comfortable rapidly ideating multiple design solutions, through sketching, wireframing, user flows and interactive prototyping to clearly communicate design concepts.
Articulating concepts, ideas and rationale clearly and compellingly to colleagues, and clients alike.
Maintaining robust, scalable design systems that both developers and designers love to use.
You might not be able to write code, but you know the lingo and understand the limitations of front-end development.

Coaching and mentoring client teams on design best practices across tooling, accessibility, process, and ways of working.

• Skills we need in our team *

Experience working in a UX/UI, Product Design or similar role.
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and lean and agile product development environments.
Expertise using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices.
Proficiency in research and validation activities (e.g. user and stakeholder interviews, secondary research, usability testing).
Strong ability to articulate concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly and compellingly to colleagues and clients.
Basic understanding of web front-end code is a plus.
Proficiency in English, fluent in German
