Responsibilities:
- Assist with developing and implementing Valuation Quality Assurance & the Quality Control processes through valuation compliance and quality reviews, control testing, and reporting
- Engage with valuation industry and key internal stakeholders with an emphasis on continual improvements of the valuation processes and Standing Instructions
- Manage emerging valuation and property risks effectively
- Consider valuation instruction exceptions in line with CBA policy and Controls
- Assist with ensuring that we meet our regulatory requirements
- Ensure a balanced and considered approach to securing the financial wellbeing of our home loan customers by mortgaging acceptable residential property and property risks Contribute towards continuous improvement of our valuation offerings through innovating valuation services and risk identification controls
- Provide National residential valuation subject matter advice and training
- Gather, organise and analyse large amounts of information from various sources for reporting purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by focussing on the home buying customer’s needs
