Senior Valuer/Assistant Valuation Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimally a Degree in Real Estate/Building & Property Management or equivalent discipline
• Minimally 2 years’ of relevant experience.
• Must be comfortable to go on-site to conduct site inspection daily.
• Training will be provided for those who do not have the relevant experience/have no work experience but have strong interest to be a valuer.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines
• Able to work in a team
• Licensed Appraiser will be an added advantage
  Office Location : One Commonwealth Lane
  Working Hours : 9.00AM to 6.00PM (1 hour lunch break in between)
  Working Days : Monday to Friday
  Work Arrangement : currently mix of WFH and coming in to office to work physically. Most of the time staff will be out of office to conduct site inspection

• Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
• Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
• Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
• Provide valuation, research, and advisory services for a variety of statutory boards, MNCs, banks and financial institutions, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers
